agoda.com to speak at Low Cost Airlines World Asia Pacific conference

agoda.com, a leading hotel booking site and part of Nasdaq-listed Priceline Group (Nasdaq: PCLN), today announced its participation in the upcoming Low Cost Airlines World Asia Pacific conference, hosted by Terrapinn.

Taking place on 8-10 February, 2012, this industry-leading event will bring together experts from the low-cost aviation sector, together with key pundits from related fields including online travel, aircraft manufacturing, travel consultancy, hotels and e-commerce. Over the course of the three-day conference, keynote speeches, workshops and panels will cover topics spanning airlines and airports, new technologies, social media, marketing and sales, online solutions, consumer trends and more.

Sharing insight into driving expansion within the Asia-Pacific region, agoda.com Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Bryan Lewis is scheduled to speak on the conference's opening panel, 'Powering the Growth of Asia's Travel Industry'. Senior Commercial Director Mr. Ernst Hemmer will highlight the potential of partnerships between online travel agents and low-cost carriers in his talk on how airlines can optimize their OTA strategy.

Last year's conference drew more than 400 top-tier representatives from 160 different companies in 27 countries. This year's promises to be just as insightful, providing invaluable first-hand into LCC growth strategies and countless opportunities for networking and business partnerships.

The Low Cost Airlines World Asia Pacific conference takes place in the Marina Bay Sands complex, Singapore. For more information about the event or to purchase a ticket, visit www.terrapinn.com/2012/low-cost-airlines/.
